ScoutLib is 100% free, with no paid tier and no advertising. It is a service to the community of leaders, in a spirit of giving and service.

But hosting, the domain name and the tools have a cost. A few donations from leaders or groups are enough to keep the project afloat, without ever putting content behind a paywall.
